Born in communist Poland. Raised barefoot under the sun of the Democratic Republic of Congo. Educated in the USA. Cyprus is what I call home today.
From a very young age I learned that love was conditional, and had to be earned. For years I believed pain was simply how life worked.
My work today is the result of unlearning and undoing almost everything I was taught to believe. When I stripped it all back, my truth unfolded, and with it emerged that feeling I always had.
Teaching what works, not what's trending, to help you strip away your own layers of conditioning. When you return to the only voice that was never lost — yours — you stop outsourcing your power and seeking outside of yourself. Including me.
