Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: January 2025
Before You Read This
These aren't your typical T&Cs buried in corporate speak. I'm going to be direct about what this work is, what it isn't, and what I expect from you. Read it. Understand it. And if something doesn't feel aligned, don't work with me.
By using this website, submitting an inquiry, or engaging with any service I offer, you're agreeing to what's written here. This is a mutual agreement.
1. What This Website Is
This site exists to give you clarity about what I do and who I work with. It's meant to help you decide if this is for you — or if it isn't.
Use it to learn. Use it to understand my approach. Use it to decide.
Don't use it to:
Infringe on anyone else's rights or experience
Reproduce content without permission
Pretend to be someone you're not
Basically: use it like an intelligent, respectful person would.
2. About the Services I Offer
Here's what you need to know upfront:
Everything I offer — immersions, private mentorship, events — is offered at my discretion. Just because you inquire doesn't mean we'll work together. Just because you apply doesn't mean you're accepted.
This isn't about rejection. It's about alignment.
I work with people who are ready. Not curious. Not almost ready. Ready. And I can feel the difference. So can you.
If we're not aligned, I'll tell you. And I'll refer you to someone who might be a better fit. That's respect — for both of us.
3. This Is On You
Let me be clear: you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.
You come to this work because something in your life isn't working the way you want it to. That's real. And the shifts you make? Those belong to you. Not to me. Not to the process. To you.
Here's what that means:
If you decide to work with me, you're choosing this consciously
What you do with the work is entirely your responsibility
The results depend on what you're willing to feel, face, and shift
I'm here to guide you back to your own knowing — not to do the work for you
No guarantees. No promises of specific outcomes. Everyone's journey is different. What works for one person might look completely different for another.
That's not a failure. That's embodiment.
4. What This Isn't
I need to be completely transparent: What I offer is not therapy. It is not medical advice. It is not psychological or legal guidance.
If you need a therapist, get one.
If you need medical support, get it.
If you need legal counsel, hire a lawyer.
I work with the nervous system, with embodiment, with your inner knowing. That's powerful work. But it's not a substitute for professional care in other areas.
If you're in crisis, if you're dealing with severe trauma, if you need professional mental health support — pause. Get support first. Then come back if you want to.
I'm not saying this to scare you off. I'm saying it because I respect you enough to be honest.
5. Money & What Happens If Things Change
If you're paying for services, here's how it works:
Payments are final. Once you commit financially, that commitment stands. Refunds are not automatically issued — but we can discuss rescheduling if life happens.
The specifics (cancellation policies, rescheduling windows, payment terms) will be communicated to you before you ever pay. No surprises.
By booking and paying, you're saying yes to those terms. Which means you've read them.
6. What's Mine Stays Mine
Everything on this website — every word, image, design element, idea — belongs to Embodied Wisdom Partners.
You can't copy it. You can't reproduce it. You can't use it without permission.
If you want to reference something I've written or created, ask. Most of the time, I'll say yes. But ask first.
7. You're Responsible for Your Own Experience
I'm going to say this in legal terms because it's necessary: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Embodied Wisdom Partners is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or participation in services.
In real terms: You're using this website and engaging with this work entirely at your own risk. That's on you. I've been as clear as possible about what this is and what it isn't. From there, the choices are yours.
8. Privacy & Confidentiality
Your privacy matters. How I handle your information is governed by the Privacy Policy — read it.
Here's what I need from you: What you share in sessions with me is confidential. I won't share it. But I also need you to respect the confidentiality of group immersions. What happens there, stays there. What other people share is their story, not yours to broadcast.
If you're thinking about posting about your work with me, asking for permission is the respectful thing to do.
9. Recording & Photography
If you're in an immersion or group event, there may be photos or video taken for documentation or promotional purposes.
If you're in a photo and don't want it used, tell me immediately. We'll handle it. But I need to know upfront.
Private sessions are not recorded, photographed, or documented without explicit agreement beforehand.
10. If These Terms Change
I might update these T&Cs. If I do, I'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
If you keep using this website or booking services after changes are posted, you're accepting those changes.
