Your information stays with me for specific reasons:

To respond to your inquiry — If you apply or contact me, I need your email and info to get back to you
To communicate about services — Once we're working together, I need to reach you about sessions, immersions, or updates
To send updates if you opt in — Only if you've explicitly said yes to hearing from me about new immersions or offerings
To keep my records — I maintain records of our work together for legal, administrative, and tax purposes

Your information is never used for anything else. No marketing list swaps. No selling to third parties. No using your data to profile you for purposes unrelated to our work.

3. I Don't Sell Your Data

Let me be absolutely clear: I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

The only time your data leaves my hands is when it has to — for example, my email hosting provider (they handle my email on my behalf) or my website host (they keep my site running). These are trusted service providers who are required to protect your information just like I do.

If the law requires me to disclose your information, I will comply. But that's the only exception.

4. How Long I Keep Your Information

I don't hoard data. Here's what I keep and for how long:

If you've worked with me:

Client records are kept for up to 5 years for legal, tax, and administrative reasons
After 5 years, your information is deleted unless legally required to retain it

If you inquired but we didn't work together:

Your application is deleted within 6 months
If you want it deleted sooner, just ask and I'll delete it immediately

You always have the right to request deletion of your data. Just email me.

5. How I Protect Your Information

I use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. My website uses standard security protocols.

That said — no online system is 100% secure. But I take every reasonable step to keep your information safe.
